The life of DJ and A&R executive Quinn Coleman—the late son of media mogul Debra Lee—was celebrated at the 2024 Spicoli Scramble charity golf tournament at The Lakes El Segundo/Top Golf in El Segundo, California. Over 150 friends and family of Quinn’s came out to support, raising over $20,000, which was donated to the Recording Academy’s Quinn Coleman Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Actress and philanthropist Grace Hightower attended the 10th Anniversary Black Tie MAG Gala celebration at the Plaza Hotel, hosted by the Luisa Diaz Foundation, a non-profit that supports organizations and individuals who are making a direct impact in helping people and their communities through acts of kindness.
Several women of color and a trans person survivor walked in the annual “Runway of Hope,” the culmination of a year-long confidence-building program and styling provided by the foundation.
