COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Effective Date: August 27, 2026
Last Updated: August 27, 2026

Welcome to The Culture Radio.

The Culture Radio is a digital media, radio, podcast, music, and creator platform operated by The Culture Media, part of the Society Capital Group family of companies.

Our goal is to provide a platform where listeners, artists, DJs, podcasters, content creators, personalities, and communities can discover content, share ideas, build audiences, and participate in meaningful conversations.

These Community Guidelines establish the standards expected when using The Culture Radio website, mobile applications, creator features, submission systems, social features, and other services we provide.

By participating in The Culture Radio community, you agree to follow these Guidelines.

1. RESPECT THE COMMUNITY

We encourage discussion, disagreement, commentary, criticism, humor, entertainment, and different perspectives.

You do not have to agree with everyone.

However, users should engage with others without using the Platform to harass, threaten, intimidate, or deliberately target individuals.

Healthy disagreement is welcome. Personal attacks and abusive behavior are not.

2. HARASSMENT AND BULLYING

Do not use The Culture Radio to harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or threaten another person.

Prohibited conduct may include:

  • Repeated unwanted targeting of another user;
  • Credible threats of violence;
  • Encouraging others to harass someone;
  • Publishing private information to intimidate someone;
  • Targeted sexual harassment;
  • Repeated abusive messages;
  • Stalking behavior; or
  • Coordinated harassment campaigns.

Criticism of public figures, entertainers, businesses, creators, media personalities, and public content is generally permitted when it does not cross into prohibited threats or harassment.

3. HATEFUL CONDUCT

The Culture Radio does not permit content that promotes or encourages violence or dehumanizing hatred against people based on characteristics protected under applicable law or our platform standards.

Discussion of controversial subjects, culture, politics, religion, race, gender, sexuality, relationships, or social issues is not automatically prohibited simply because the discussion is uncomfortable or strongly worded.

Context matters.

Educational, journalistic, documentary, historical, artistic, comedic, or critical discussion may be permitted when it does not advocate prohibited violence or targeted hatred.

4. THREATS AND VIOLENCE

Do not use the Platform to make credible threats of physical violence or encourage others to commit violent acts.

Content may be restricted or removed when we reasonably believe it presents a genuine safety concern.

Where appropriate, serious threats may be reported to law enforcement or other relevant authorities.

5. MUSIC, PODCASTS, AND CREATIVE EXPRESSION

The Culture Radio supports creative expression.

Music, podcasts, comedy, interviews, commentary, storytelling, documentaries, and entertainment may discuss mature, controversial, offensive, or difficult subjects.

The existence of offensive language, controversial opinions, explicit lyrics, or mature themes does not automatically mean content violates these Guidelines.

We may use content warnings, explicit-content labels, age restrictions, or other measures when appropriate.

6. CONTENT CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Artists, DJs, podcasters, radio hosts, producers, writers, personalities, and other creators are responsible for the content they submit or provide.

Creators should ensure they have appropriate rights to use:

  • Music;
  • Beats;
  • Samples;
  • Photographs;
  • Artwork;
  • Videos;
  • Interviews;
  • Podcast recordings;
  • Written material;
  • Logos;
  • Trademarks; and
  • Other copyrighted or proprietary content.

Submitting material to The Culture Radio does not transfer responsibility for obtaining necessary rights, permissions, releases, or licenses unless a separate written agreement specifically provides otherwise.

7. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Respect copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

Do not knowingly upload or submit material you do not own or have authorization to use.

Copyright complaints should be submitted according to our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

Repeated copyright infringement may result in restrictions, removal from the Platform, or account termination.

8. PODCAST DIRECTORY AND DISTRIBUTED CONTENT

The Culture Radio may display or provide access to podcasts and other content obtained through RSS feeds, APIs, distribution systems, partnerships, submissions, syndication services, or other authorized or publicly available sources.

Creators who believe their content is incorrectly listed, attributed, or distributed should contact us so that we can review the issue.

We may correct information, modify listings, disable access, or remove content when appropriate.

9. FALSE INFORMATION AND IMPERSONATION

Do not intentionally impersonate another person, creator, business, organization, or public figure in a manner intended to deceive users.

Parody, satire, commentary, and fan content may be permitted when the context makes clear that the account or content is not officially associated with the person or organization being referenced.

Users should not intentionally misrepresent their identity when doing so could cause fraud, financial harm, or meaningful deception.

10. SPAM AND PLATFORM MANIPULATION

Do not use The Culture Radio to distribute spam or artificially manipulate platform activity.

Prohibited behavior may include:

  • Automated fake plays;
  • Artificial podcast downloads;
  • Fake streaming activity;
  • Automated clicks;
  • Fake accounts;
  • Fraudulent engagement;
  • Manipulated voting;
  • Bot-generated engagement intended to inflate popularity;
  • Repeated unsolicited promotions; or
  • Attempts to manipulate rankings or analytics.

We may remove fraudulent activity from statistics, rankings, creator metrics, advertising reports, or other measurements.

11. FRAUD AND DECEPTIVE ACTIVITY

Do not use The Culture Radio to conduct or promote fraud.

This includes:

  • Financial scams;
  • Phishing;
  • Identity theft;
  • Fraudulent investment schemes;
  • Fake giveaways;
  • Deliberately deceptive fundraising;
  • Payment fraud;
  • Attempts to steal account credentials; or
  • Other schemes intended to unlawfully obtain money, property, information, or services.

12. SEXUALLY EXPLICIT CONTENT

The Culture Radio may feature mature discussions about relationships, sexuality, entertainment, culture, health, and other adult subjects.

However, the Platform is not intended to operate as a pornography service.

We may restrict or remove sexually explicit visual material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or other material that violates applicable law or our platform standards.

13. PROTECTION OF MINORS

The Culture Radio has zero tolerance for sexual exploitation or abuse involving minors.

Users may not upload, share, request, promote, distribute, or link to child sexual abuse material or other content that sexually exploits minors.

Suspected illegal material may be reported to appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law.

14. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Respect the privacy of others.

Do not publish highly sensitive personal information about another person without authorization when doing so creates a meaningful risk of harm.

This may include:

  • Social Security numbers;
  • Financial account information;
  • Passwords;
  • Private authentication credentials;
  • Private medical records;
  • Nonpublic residential addresses when shared for purposes of harassment; or
  • Other highly sensitive personal information.

15. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY

The Culture Radio may not be used to facilitate or promote unlawful activity.

Discussion, journalism, education, documentaries, news reporting, music, entertainment, or commentary concerning illegal activity does not automatically violate this rule.

The context and purpose of the content will be considered.

16. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL CONTENT

Creators and businesses may have opportunities to advertise, sponsor content, promote products, or participate in partnerships with The Culture Radio.

Advertisements and sponsored content may be subject to additional requirements.

Users may not use community features primarily to distribute repetitive or unauthorized commercial promotions.

The Culture Radio reserves the right to remove unauthorized advertisements or promotional campaigns.

17. CREATOR PROMOTION

We want creators to promote their work.

Artists, DJs, podcasters, hosts, producers, writers, and other creators may share appropriate information about their content where platform features permit it.

Promotion should be relevant and should not become repetitive spam.

18. COMMENTS, REVIEWS, AND OPINIONS

Users may express opinions about:

  • Music;
  • Artists;
  • Podcasts;
  • Creators;
  • Entertainment;
  • Businesses;
  • Public figures;
  • News;
  • Culture;
  • Relationships;
  • Politics;
  • Social issues; and
  • Other topics.

The Culture Radio does not require users to hold any particular opinion.

A negative review, unpopular opinion, disagreement, or criticism does not automatically violate these Guidelines.

19. NEWS, COMMENTARY, AND EDITORIAL CONTENT

The Culture Radio may publish news, commentary, criticism, interviews, editorials, podcasts, and opinion-based programming.

Opinions expressed by individual hosts, guests, creators, DJs, podcasters, contributors, or users are their own unless specifically identified as an official position of The Culture Radio or The Culture Media.

We encourage users to distinguish between factual reporting, allegations, commentary, satire, and personal opinion.

20. CONTENT MODERATION

The Culture Radio reserves the right to review content and take action when we reasonably determine that content violates these Guidelines, our Terms of Use, other policies, contractual requirements, or applicable law.

Actions may include:

  • Issuing a warning;
  • Adding a content label;
  • Restricting visibility;
  • Removing content;
  • Disabling a submission;
  • Removing a creator profile;
  • Suspending an account;
  • Terminating an account;
  • Restricting access to certain features; or
  • Permanently banning a user from the Platform.

We are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking action when immediate action is appropriate.

21. ENFORCEMENT CONSIDERATIONS

Not every violation will result in the same action.

When evaluating potential violations, we may consider factors such as:

  • Severity;
  • Context;
  • Intent;
  • Potential harm;
  • Previous violations;
  • Frequency of violations;
  • Applicable law;
  • Contractual requirements;
  • Public safety;
  • Platform security; and
  • Whether the content has legitimate journalistic, educational, documentary, artistic, or public-interest value.

22. REPEAT VIOLATIONS

Repeated violations may result in stronger enforcement actions.

A user does not necessarily need to receive multiple warnings before suspension or termination.

Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal or termination.

We may also determine that reported content does not violate our policies.

25. APPEALS

Where we provide an appeal process, users or creators may request review of certain moderation decisions.

An appeal does not guarantee that content or account access will be restored.

We welcome strong opinions. We welcome debate. We welcome creativity. We welcome different perspectives.

We ask everyone who participates in the community to respect the rights and safety of others while helping us build a platform where creators and audiences can connect.
