For purposes of this notice, “The Culture Radio,” “The Culture Media,” “we,” “us,” and “our” may be used as appropriate to describe the services covered by this notice.
1. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have the right to request that we:
- Provide access to certain personal information we maintain about you;
- Provide information about how we collect, use, or disclose your personal information;
- Delete certain personal information;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Provide a portable copy of certain personal information;
- Opt you out of certain sales of personal information;
- Opt you out of certain sharing of personal information;
- Opt you out of certain targeted advertising;
- Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable;
- Recognize certain legally valid browser-based privacy signals; and
- Allow you to appeal certain decisions concerning your privacy request where required by law.
The rights available to you depend on your state of residence and applicable law.
2. DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION
Certain U.S. privacy laws provide consumers with the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.
The legal definitions of “sell,” “sale,” “share,” and “sharing” may be broader than the ordinary meaning of selling information for money.
For example, certain uses of advertising technologies, cookies, pixels, identifiers, or information exchanged with advertising partners may potentially be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising under some state privacy laws.
Where applicable, you may request to opt out of these activities.
3. OUR APPROACH TO PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Culture Media does not intend to operate a business whose primary purpose is selling consumers’ personal information for money.
However, we may use third-party services for purposes such as:
- Website analytics;
- Advertising;
- Advertising measurement;
- Audience measurement;
- Social media integration;
- Content recommendations;
- Streaming analytics;
- Podcast analytics;
- Marketing;
- Security;
- Website performance; and
- Other digital services.
Depending on the technology, relationship, and applicable state law, certain disclosures associated with these services could potentially be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under a particular privacy law.
For this reason, we provide applicable privacy choices where required.
4. OPT OUT OF SALE OR SHARING
If you would like to request that we not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under applicable law, you may submit a request to:
Email: legal@theculturemedia.com
Subject: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Please include:
- Your full name;
- Your email address;

Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, or copies of government identification unless we specifically request information through an appropriate verification process.
5. COOKIE AND ADVERTISING PREFERENCES
Some privacy choices may be managed directly through our cookie preference tools where available.
Our websites may provide controls allowing you to manage categories such as:
- Analytics cookies;
- Advertising cookies;

- Other non-essential tracking technologies.
Strictly necessary cookies may remain active because they are required to operate essential website functions.
If a Cookie Settings, Privacy Preferences, or similar control appears on our website, you may use that tool to modify your preferences.
6. TARGETED ADVERTISING
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to opt out of processing personal information for targeted advertising.
Targeted advertising generally refers to advertising selected based on personal information obtained from your activities over time and across different websites, applications, or services.
If The Culture Radio uses technologies that qualify as targeted advertising under applicable law, eligible users may exercise an applicable opt-out right through our privacy preference tools or by contacting us.
7. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL
Some browsers and browser extensions support Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), which allows users to communicate certain privacy preferences automatically.
Where applicable law requires us to recognize a valid GPC or other legally recognized opt-out preference signal, we will endeavor to process supported signals as required.
A browser-based signal generally applies to the browser or device from which the signal is sent.
If you use multiple browsers or devices, you may need to configure your preference separately on each one.

Where applicable, you may have the right to limit or opt out of certain processing of sensitive personal information.
The Culture Media does not intend to use sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a limitation right unless appropriate notice and controls are provided.
13. AUTHORIZED AGENTS

We may request documentation demonstrating that the authorized agent has permission to act for you.
We may also contact you directly to verify your identity or confirm that you authorized the request where permitted by law.
14. VERIFYING YOUR REQUEST
For certain privacy requests, we may need to verify your identity before responding.
Verification helps prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing, changing, or deleting another person’s information.
Information requested for verification will depend on the nature of the request and the information associated with you.
We will not require more information than reasonably necessary to verify an eligible request.
Opt-out requests may be subject to different verification requirements depending on applicable law.
15. RESPONSE TIME
We will endeavor to respond to valid privacy requests within the time required by applicable law.
In some circumstances, applicable law may allow additional time to process a request.
If an extension is reasonably necessary and legally permitted, we may notify you.
16. APPEALS
Residents of certain states may have the right to appeal our decision regarding a privacy request.
If we deny an eligible request and applicable law provides an appeal right, instructions for submitting an appeal may be included in our response.
You may also submit an appeal to:
Email: legal@theculturemedia.com
Subject: Privacy Request Appeal
Please include sufficient information to identify the original privacy request and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
17. NON-DISCRIMINATION
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you because you exercise a privacy right provided by applicable law.
Exercising an applicable privacy right will not, by itself, result in unlawful:
- Denial of services;
- Different pricing;
- Reduced service quality; or
- Other prohibited discriminatory treatment.
Differences that are reasonably related to the value of information or otherwise permitted by applicable law may be allowed.
18. CHILDREN AND TEENS
Additional privacy protections may apply to children and teenagers under applicable law.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children or teenagers in circumstances prohibited by applicable law.
If you believe information involving a minor has been collected or processed improperly, please contact:
