Agreement
1. The Culture Radio Network AGREEMENT – Staff Members This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between The Culture Radio Network, a division of Society Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”), and you as a Staff Member (the “Participant”). A. Services The Company provides opportunities for staff members to support programming, production, promotions, and operations for The Culture Radio Network. B. Scope of Participation Staff roles may include but are not limited to: Assisting in radio and event production. Providing technical, creative, or administrative support. Contributing to promotions, marketing, or social media campaigns. Supporting on-site or remote events for The Culture Radio Network. C. Terms of Participation The Company shall have the right to use Participant’s name, photograph, likeness, or voice (“Name & Likeness”) for promotional, commercial, and advertising purposes connected to The Culture Radio Network. Work produced by Staff Members in connection with assigned duties for The Company (e.g., graphics, marketing materials, social posts, event coordination, etc.) shall be considered work-for-hire and property of The Company. Staff Members are expected to perform their roles in a professional manner and adhere to schedules, deadlines, and company policies. If a Staff Member cannot fulfill assigned duties, they must provide reasonable notice so alternate arrangements can be made. The Company is not liable for missed work time due to outages, natural disasters, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Compensation, if applicable, will be outlined separately in writing (stipend, hourly, or salary agreements). Volunteer staff roles are unpaid unless otherwise specified. The initial term of this Agreement is one year, with the option to renew for an additional year if mutually agreed upon. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 20 days’ written notice (email accepted). Participants terminating must sign an exit agreement. D. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida. It shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of both parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date written below.
